I love what you do! How do I book?
Once you have confirmed you want to book us, we will send over the booking form along with the T&Cs. Fill out the forms and return them to us along with a 25% deposit.
How do we meet?
We'd love to meet you! if you live in or around Essex, we can meet you for a face-to-face meeting. If it is not possible to meet face-to-face, we can have a Skype call or even a phone call.
Do you film weddings outside of Essex?
Yes. We cover all of the UK and also abroad. For any weddings, 50 miles from Chelmsford, we'd ask for our mileage to be covered. If applicable, also our accommodation. We want to make sure we don't miss anything on the day so you don't either.
Do you film destination weddings?
Definitely! All we would ask of you is to cover our flight and accommodation costs. If there are additional elements you'd like to add, let us know and we can provide a bespoke package for you.
Do you film Indian weddings?
Yes we do. As Nish's background and heritage is Indian, we understand the traditions and elements of the culture and would be more than happy to film your wedding. Please get in touch for a bespoke quote.
Do you film any other type of weddings?
First and foremost, we believe in love and celebrating every couple's beautiful day. Whether it is a traditional day, non denominational service or a civil ceremony, we work with you to understand your love story and make the best film for you.
Do you offer photography?
No we don't, but we know some fantastic photographers who we'd be more than happy to recommend!
How does it work between you and our photographer?
We have worked with a number of different photographers in the past. With background and experience in photography, we understand the photographer's role in the day and how important they are to you. If there is something specific we need to film, we will speak to the photographer before hand to make sure we won't get in their way and vice-versa. We are all there to ensure we get the best moments of your day and we know this will only happen if the photographer and videographer work together - after all, it is all about you.
How do you make sure you don't get in the way?
We are there to capture your day in the best way we can. We know that means remaining discreet and inconspicuous. All of our equipment is small and lightweight but ensuring the highest of quality. This includes sound as it is equally as important, so we use a number of compact microphones to capture the sound. However, if you'd like us to get a bit more involved and direct some of the day, our experience in project and event management allows us to do this. Let us know your thoughts.
What equipment do you use?
We film weddings using cinema quality cameras such as Sony A7III. We also have a range of camera support and stabilisation equipment such as the DJI Ronin-M electronic gimbal, fluid head tripods, camera sliders, just to name a few. We bring all of our equipment with us to each wedding and will use them wherever possible to ensure we capture those special moments cinematically.
How much is the deposit?
We ask for a 25% deposit to hold the date and the team for your wedding.
When is the final balance due?
30 days prior to the wedding date.
How long does the video take to complete?
We aim to get the cinematic wedding film to you in 6-8 weeks time. Each wedding takes 30-40 hours to edit and whilst we want to get the film to you as quickly as possible, we also want to make sure it is edited and produced with the most care. This is why you will receive your cinematic highlights film as a preview which you can share with your friends and family.
How long do you keep a copy of our wedding footage?
Once the film has been signed off and you have received the final copies, we will keep the raw footage for 3 months, after which it will be deleted. We will keep your final film, in case you wish to order more copies in the future.
